How to change subscription settings?

Manage your plan from the Subscription page in your account — you can upgrade from Study to Pro, or cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancelling switches your account to the free Study plan immediately, so you keep access without being charged again.

What to do with payment issues?

If a renewal charge fails, we automatically retry it over the next few days and email you about it. If all retries fail, your account moves to the free Study plan so you don't lose your saved summaries. If payment problems keep happening, open a ticket below and we'll help sort it out.
