Current pricing is available at cruxly.tech/pricing and forms an integral part of these Terms.

Payment is processed through secure electronic payment systems or bank transfer.

Access may be suspended if payment is overdue by more than 7 days.

Refunds are processed according to section 7 of these Terms.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its software belong exclusively to the Company.

These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform and do not transfer any ownership rights.

You retain ownership rights to your files, videos, and analysis results uploaded to the System.

We will not use your data for commercial purposes without your explicit consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded content solely for providing the Service.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
